NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Megan Barry was the top choice among those who attended a forum on Monday hosted by the Mt. Zion Social and Political Action Ministry and the Nashville Pan Hellenic Council, Inc.
“I’m excited to see that my message about a bold, progressive Nashville is resonating with voters,” said Megan Barry. “I appreciate Bishop Joseph W. Walker III with Mount Zion Baptist Church and Ashley Pinkerton, President of the Nashville Pan Hellenic Council for moderating this important discussion about building a fairer and more just Nashville.”
Barry was the top vote-getter in the survey conducted among 670 forum attendees with 26.7%, followed by Howard Gentry, Charles Robert Bone, Jeremy Kane, Bill Freeman, Linda Rebrovick, and David Fox.
“Megan does a great job at all forums, but I am particularly happy that she did exceptionally well at this one,” said Hershell Warren, an attendee at the forum and a supporter of Megan Barry. “Megan showed Monday night that she will truly be a strong advocate for all of Nashville.”
