Megan Barry Campaign Releases Latest TV Ad

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (July 6, 2015) – The Megan Barry for Mayor Campaign has released a new television ad detailing Barry’s sustained commitment to supporting small business, protecting workers, and promoting equality in Nashville.

“Our new ad features leaders in Nashville who have been instrumental to growing our economy, improving our quality of life, and helping to make this city a warm and welcoming place for all,” said Megan Barry. “We wanted the people of Nashville to hear from them - in their own words – about why they are supporting me to be their next mayor. I’m honored to have them lend their voices of support to my campaign.”

“Bold” features Sherry Stewart Deutschmann, founder & CEO of LetterLogic; David Taylor, owner and partner of Tribe; Matia Powell, a community leader; and Hal Cato, CEO of Zeumo.

Recently released polling shows that despite being vastly outspent by self-funders, Barry is in a strong position to make the run-off to become the first female Mayor of Nashville. According to the poll conducted by Anzalone Liszt Grove Research on June 28 – July 1, the current vote stands at 21% Freeman / 16% Barry / 13% Gentry / 11% Fox / 9% Rebrovick / 8% Bone / 3% Kane / 18% undecided.
