A Tale of Two Nashvilles: The People's Platform For Progress Major Public Meeting with Mayoral Candidates

This purpose of this public meeting is to reveal the stark differences between the TWO Nashville's that currently exist and to outline NOAH's platform to change this situation so that everyone has access to genuine opportunity. NOAH will ask for a concrete commitment from the 2015 Mayoral Candidates to work with us as a powerful stakeholder to make certain we exist as ONE Nashville. The community platform will consist of specifics around affordable housing and gentrification, economic equity and jobs, and criminal justice. The event will take place on Sunday, February 22, 2015 from 3:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. at Fifteenth Avenue Baptist Church.

Nashville Organized for Action and Hope (NOAH) is an interfaith and multi-racial organization that seeks to build a powerful, metro-wide social justice organization to address issues determined by its members to be impacting their communities.
